Step 8 of 8 · Notarial deed

How does signing the deed of sale at the notary work?

The authentic deed is signed at the notary, within the time set in the sale agreement, generally four months. The price is paid at that moment, and the keys are handed over to the buyer.

Between the sale agreement and the deed, the notary checks the situation of the property and of the seller: title deed, mortgages, planning. ZORI Properties follows the file to the end: meter readings, handover of the keys, transfer of the documents.
