At the handover of the keys, after quality control and inventory, your villa is covered by the developer’s guarantees: guarantees of up to 10 years, including 10 years on the structure, and 12 months or 5 years depending on the item.
The villa is delivered furnished and decorated in the chosen concept. The guarantees cover the structure for 10 years (foundations, posts, beams, slabs), and the other items for 12 months or 5 years depending on their nature.
Allianz Indonesia insurance covers fire, vandalism and natural disasters.
